Spaghetti Cutting Machine
The servo type straight blade cutting/powder machine is driven by a servo motor, which is different from traditional cutting/powder machines. This model adopts a straight blade cutting form, which has the advantages of more accurate cutting length, high stability, and low failure rate, greatly improving production efficiency and saving manpower and material resources.
Application: Cutting with the set lengths of Spaghetti Noodle Rice Noodle Long Pasta
Advantage:
1 Cutting length is controlled by servo motor, which is with more convenient setting and accurate length.
2 Straight-cutting without any pieces, the cutting length is accurate and the action is neat.
3 A tailing separation function is available to avoid tailings into the packaging area to improve the packaging effect
4 The function of rod clearance can remove the broken noodles sticking to the rod and the rod can return back to the revolving area automatically, which reduces the manual transportation of the rod and avoid secondary pollution to the noodles.
5 Special mechanical design to avoid rod cutting and shorten the distance between the knife and rod to reduce the amount of broken pieces.
